How much caviar do I need per person?

Plan on 10–15g per person as an appetizer, or 30g per person if caviar is the center of the meal. Tin servings assume appetizer portions: a 30g tin serves 2. A 50g tin serves 3–4. A 125g tin serves 8–10. A 250g tin serves 16–20. A 500g tin serves 30–40.

What drinks pair with caviar?

Champagne, dry white wine, cold vodka. Sparkling water works too. The rule is cold and dry — anything that resets the palate between bites.

How should I store my caviar?

Keep unopened tins in the coldest part of your refrigerator, ideally between 28°F and 32°F — the back of the bottom shelf, not the door. Unopened, a tin keeps about a week and a half. Once opened, finish within two days and keep the tin sealed and cold between servings.

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Late Orders: Any orders (including Caviar, Kits, and Accessories) placed after Tuesday at 9:00 AM PT are packed the following week and arrive that Friday.
